The French with Amelie application (hereinafter referred to as the "App" or "Service") is developed and provided by Fahrettin Perçin as a Freemium educational tool. This Service is provided at no cost for the basic features and is intended for use as is.

As an educational tool, learning progress—including streaks, experience points (XP), vocabulary lists, and completed quizzes—is stored locally on the user's device. Personal progress data is not transmitted to external servers. If the App is uninstalled or the App's data is cleared, this progress may be permanently lost unless it is synced to a supported third-party cloud backup service tied to the user's device ecosystem.
It is hereby informed that whenever the Service is used, in the case of an error within the App, data and information (through third-party products) called Log Data are collected on the device. This Log Data may include information such as the device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the App when utilizing the Service, the time and date of the Service usage, and other related statistics.
A Premium subscription is offered within the Service. All payments are securely processed through Google Play Billing (or the respective app store provider). Credit card information or sensitive payment details are not collected, processed, or stored by the Developer.
Trust in providing Personal Information is highly valued, and commercially acceptable means are continuously employed to protect it. However, it must be remembered that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
The Service may contain links to external sites. If a third-party link is clicked, the user will be directed to that site. Because the App primarily stores learning progress locally on the device, the transmission of personal data is inherently minimized. If it is discovered that personal information has been inadvertently collected from a minor without appropriate consent, immediate steps will be taken to delete such information from any applicable servers.
